3 phases · 12 steps
A clear path from consultation through project delivery and move-in day.
Phase 1
Initial call with our project managers to discuss your vision, budget, and timeline; introduction to Homeland's Feasibility department.
A first, experience-based pass: a surface-level read on site feasibility, financing pre-approval through our lending network (or a financial-readiness conversation), a preliminary rough cost estimate, and confirmation of zoning designation, buildable area, setbacks/easements, and the specific permitting jurisdiction.
Exact placement of the home and its utilities (well, septic, electric, and similar, as applicable) is worked out, and every cost needed to deliver a complete, turnkey project is priced and finalized.
The specific floor plan is confirmed based on the completed feasibility, utility, and pricing work.
Final, contract-ready pricing is locked in for the confirmed floor plan and site conditions.
The home purchase contract is executed, formalizing the finalized floor plan, pricing, and project scope.
Phase 2
Building, electrical, and any other required permits are drafted, submitted, and approved by the local jurisdiction.
The home is built to the approved plans and specifications, ready for transport.
Phase 3
The completed home is transported from the factory to your site.
Foundation, utility hookups, and remaining site infrastructure are completed around the delivered home.
All required inspections completed and code/quality standards confirmed.
Keys handed over and a walk-through of your beautiful new turn-key home.
